Up for sale is a classic Marlin Model 336 chambered in .35 Remington. This is a desirable JM-stamped rifle, built before the cross-bolt safety was introduced — a true piece of Marlin’s old-school craftsmanship. This rifle is in fair overall condition. The stock shows some minor chips and handling marks, all of which are clearly visible in the photos. The bluing is mostly worn, giving it a well-used, honest appearance, but there is no rust or pitting present. Mechanically, the action cycles smoothly and the bore is clean with strong rifling.
