Mossberg Shockwaves fall into a category of their own. They are not pistols since the barrels are smooth bore and they are not shotguns since the barrel is less than 18”. These are classified as ‘firearms’. These make a great option for home defense or just for having fun. 12ga is excellent for home defense, but it can be a bit much as far as recoil goes. If you were to get the mini shell adapter for this firearm, you can run half length shells which allow the shooter to fit nearly double the capacity. This specific shockwave is in excellent condition and doesn’t seem to have been used much, if any. It comes with a Pachmayr grip sleeve installed as well as the box & gun lock as well.
