The Remington Model Four is a semi-automatic rifle manufactured by Remington Arms from 1981 to 1987. It features a gas-operated action with a gloss-finished walnut stock. The Model Four improved on the Model 742 with a smoother action and stronger lockup making the gun much more reliable than its predecessor. This rifle is in pretty good shape too, mechanically it’s solid and the stock looks good given the age. It definitely has been used over the years but it still has plenty of life left.
